Important: This position is offered under an independent professional services agreement, in accordance with Colombian regulations. Therefore, it does not constitute a direct employment relationship and does not include salary benefits, social security benefits, or labor subordination associated with a traditional employment contract.
The medical professional will provide services autonomously and independently, contributing their knowledge, experience, and expertise in aesthetic medicine to perform the procedures and treatments offered by Ekobell Estética Integral.
As part of the compensation structure, the professional will receive 70% of the value of each aesthetic treatment successfully performed and paid for by the patient. Ekobell Estética Integral will provide the facilities, brand positioning, commercial support, patient acquisition, and operational assistance necessary for the development of the activities.
We are looking for a professional profile with outstanding patient care, strong commercial orientation, professional ethics, and a passion for advanced aesthetic medicine, capable of delivering a premium experience aligned with the quality standards of our brand.
Responsabilidades
- • Realizar valoraciones médicas estéticas y diseñar planes de tratamiento personalizados.
- • Ejecutar procedimientos de medicina estética facial y corporal de manera segura y profesional.
- • Aplicar tratamientos como Botox, Ácido Hialurónico, Bioestimuladores, Peelings y otros procedimientos estéticos avanzados.
- • Brindar una experiencia premium y atención personalizada a cada paciente.
- • Realizar seguimiento y fidelización de pacientes para garantizar satisfacción y continuidad de tratamientos.
- • Asesorar a los pacientes sobre protocolos, cuidados y recomendaciones post procedimiento.
Requisitos
- • Médico graduado con formación en Medicina Estética.
- • Experiencia en Botox y Ácido Hialurónico.
- • Excelente presentación personal.
- • Habilidades de atención al cliente y ventas.
- • Manejo adecuado de historias clínicas.
