Clear from the start
Memberships use monthly invoices and manual payments. You receive an invoice and payment link; automatic debits are not activated. The next period starts once payment is confirmed.
After payment is confirmed and the customer record is verified. Your invoice identifies the covered period; booking an appointment does not activate a membership.
Book through the Ekobell calendar or ask our team for help. The appointment is linked to a valid benefit and the session is used only after treatment is completed.
Our team prepares plan changes through renewal for the next billing period. The new price and benefits must be confirmed before you accept. Benefits already paid for retain their original validity.
Each benefit is available during the paid monthly period and does not roll over. Exceptions require recorded authorisation.
There is no minimum commitment. Request cancellation before the next renewal through your portal or our team. Paid benefits remain valid until expiry, unless refunded.
One personal coupon per paid billing period, valid for one order during that period. Choose eligible treatments or products, with savings capped at COP $5,000 for Glow, $10,000 for Balance or $20,000 for Signature. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Eligible products are enabled after cost review.
Injectables, fillers, exosomes, high-cost products and procedures not listed in your plan are excluded. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions and do not apply to the monthly membership fee.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Benefits are linked to the subscriber’s customer record.
A cancelled appointment does not use a session. You can reschedule within the benefit’s validity and subject to calendar availability.
Prices are in Colombian pesos per month. Benefits activate after payment is confirmed for the billing period. Services are subject to assessment and availability.
