Benefits are personal and non-transferable. Book within the validity of your paid period. A session is used when treatment is completed; an appointment alone does not activate membership.

Billing is monthly and payment is manual. You receive an invoice and payment link. The next period and its benefits activate when payment is confirmed; there is no automatic debit.

Use the Ekobell calendar or ask our team for help. Bookings are subject to availability and any required professional assessment. A cancelled appointment does not use a session and can be rescheduled within the benefit’s validity.

Our team prepares the change through renewal for the next period. The new price and benefits must be confirmed before you accept. Benefits already paid for retain their original validity.

Each benefit expires at the end of its paid monthly period and does not roll over. Exceptions require recorded authorisation from our team.

5% off selected treatments and 5% off eligible products, with combined savings capped at COP $5,000 per month. One personal coupon is issued per paid period for one order during that period. Cannot be combined with promotions or applied to the membership fee. Products are enabled after cost review.

There is no minimum commitment. Request cancellation before the next renewal through your portal or our team. Paid benefits remain valid until expiry, unless refunded.
